Quick Edit and other inline links not working

  • Clicking Quick Edit has no effect. In addition, clicking on the status links for Pending, or trying to Edit the date to publish, has no effect.

    I disabled all plugins and switched to the 2011 theme, and still the problem remained.

    It is as if those links are dead.

    Any ideas?
