Quantity shows twice – covers add to cart button

    Upgraded to the latest Woocommerce 2.0.2.
    I’m sure this is an issue where the woocommerce quantity selector and my theme’s quantity selector styles are conflicting, but I can’t figure this out.

    The standard product quantity with the plus and minus is there as before, but there is also another box next to that (which is partially covering the “add to cart” button, that displays an up and down arrow which also affects the quantity. This affects both variable and single products. Also seems to only happen on chrome browsers.

    Any help would be appreciated.
