I am trying to find a Word Press plugin that I can use with my PayPal account to sell tickets online. I need to be able to do the following:
    – The customer can only buy 6 tickets or less (i.e. the customer cannot check out with 7 or more tickets in the shopping cart)
    – Display next to each button on the page the “number of remaining tickets” as customers make purchases (so the next customer can see if they are able to purchase 2, 4, 1… tickets based on the remaining availability and number in their party)
    – Display “sold out” when all 10 tickets have been purchased
    – Send an email to the purchaser (the email content would be different for each button, displaying specific information based on what they purchased)

Is this something your plugin can do? If so, can you show me the tutorial on how to do so, so I can be sure before purchasing/downloading your plugin?

If I were to have any problems with this plugin, do I get support from you to help resolve issues? Because this is for a business, it is very important that the plugin does not fail or can be resolved quickly.

    Thank you in advance!

Dealing with your questions in order:

    Sales Limit:

No, there is currently no limit on the number of tickets an individual can purchase, but a limit can be put on the number of tickets available for each performance. It would be relatively easy to add an overall limit. As it is unlikely that many users would want this feature, the value could be determined from a constant defined in the wp-config file, rather than on the Settings menu. Most of us are trying to sell as many as we can!

    Number of Tickets Remaining.

Not currently displayed, but I think the option of showing it is a good one, so I’ve added it as a priority to my “TODO” list.

    Sold Out:

StageShow shows “Sold Out” when all tickets for a performance have been allocated. This includes tickets that have been checked out but not yet paid for.

    EMail to Purchaser:

An email is sent to the purchaser, with an optional copy to the StageShow admin email, for each sale. This includes details of the purchaser, and the tickets purchased. You would need to be more specific about what “specific information” you need in each email, before I could say if StageShow can do what you want.

    Support:

I do support my plugin, but don’t expect 24/7 support. Response times vary … if I’m away, or involved with a show (as recently) it could be days, otherwise I usually respond to queries in a day or so. There is a reasonably comprehensive help file shipped with the plugin, which will answer most queries.

As a way forward, I suggest you install StageShow from www.remarpro.com, read the help file and try the plugin. If you have any follow up questions, they are best sent to me via the contact form on own website.
