    Good day,

Thank you for the awesome plugin, it’s exactly what I needed.
    I encountered a problem recently.
When I try to update the quantity on checkout the numbers does not change. Price not updating.
I am using WMPL plugin and this only happens in english and german versions of the site. In russian version of the checkout page it works the way it is supposed to.
To replicate the problem, please follow the link I provided and press “1-to-one consultation” red button on the first screen.
Also, it only doesn’t work for logged out users. When I am logged in to WordPress admin panel it still works even in english and german versions.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Best regards,
    Leonid

@bhavikkiri I have archived your reply and flagged your account for moderation.

While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

@mixfixmulinex Please revoke that access to @bhavikkiri at once.

@bhavikkiri will lose forum access if they keep that access. It is that serious.

@bhavikkiri Your account is made Spectator and you are being reported to the plugins team.

You were informed by me 5 years and 7 months ago to not perform this abuse.

I have archived over 100 of your replies and will be examining any co-workers replies as well.

If you create new accounts and attempt to bypass this restriction, if any co-worker of your recommends any off forum contact that then I will recommend to the plugins team close all of your plugins.

Wait for the email from plugins. That may be today, that may be a week from now.

Wow, guys hold on. I didn’t mean to break any rules.
@bhavikkiri was kind enough to offer me free support with this awesome plugin.
Please do not put any sanctions on him for that. No payments were involved.
    The access is now revoked.
We were unable to find the solution anyway.
