I just been setting up the cart for our company. This website was set up and revised before i arrived on the scene there are many errors i have been able to iron out but i really cant find the answer to this one. Does anyone have an idea what is going on here. Ive checked through css and functions and all seems to be correct. The + and – work but the qty area is off center (middle of the page) and in the checkout page the quantity field is on top of each other and in the center of the page for each product. Ive attached photos. even with plugins to customize the quantity, i still have the same problem. I am using the Avada Pro Theme. Thanks in advance

  • Hi @goingpostal,

Please share the URL of your website. I can take a look at the css being applied to that field.

However, this seems to be an issue with the theme you are using. As forum volunteers don’t have access to paid themes, I won’t be able to replicate and test this on my test site. Please contact the Avada theme support for help.

    Hi @goingpostal ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Since you suspect the Avada theme as the culprit, I’d suggest temporarily switching your theme to the default Storefront theme, and see if this resolves the issue.

If that resolves the issue, then you know that this is indeed the cause of the Avada theme, and you’ll want to get in touch with the theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to perform a full conflict test by deactivating all plugins?except for WooCommerce?and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called?WP Staging.

Should the issue persist after performing the conflict test, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report, so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment.

You can find this by navigating to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.

    Cheers!

I went through and checked the plugins but with no luck, however i went to the customise page and checked out the additional css and started going through all the items that the previous person had set up. I was able to find the problem and fix it! Thank you very much for your help everyone i really appreciate it.
