    Dear Support,

    Is it possible to have an option to force the add to cart if the same product is already in the cart, instead of overwriting the quantity with the link quantity?

    if I create a link with, for example:
    Product A: 1x
    Product B: 5x
    and my basket already includes 3x Product A, clicking on the link will reduce my basket to Product A 1x (the quantity determined in the link), instead of 4x.

    Hi @naturalsandco ,

    In the settings of a specific campaign, under the “Actions” section, there is an option called “Clear cart when visiting this URL.” If you uncheck this option, the cart content should not be cleared.

    Please let us know if this resolves your issue.

    Hello Sebastian,

    Yes, I tested the option. It doesn’t empty the basket, but it ” overwrites ” the quantity in the cart.

    If I already have 4x a product in my cart and I click on a campaign including 2x this same product, my cart will go to 2x instead of 6x.

    thanks for details. Are you sure that it isn’t works? I tested it and cart isn’t clear.

    Hi,

    Ah yes, you’re right. Thank you very much. Since my shopping cart contains a lot of items, I hadn’t noticed that it created a second line. 1x Product A and 4x Product A instead of 1 line of 5x Product A.

    But now it’s in order. Thanks for your quick support!
