    Hi there
    we are working with variable products.
    on the product page only the add to cart button shows, not the quantity field. customer can choose quantity only in cart.
    as i use hello elementor theme and elementor i have asked elementor for help and they told me to contact you as this seems to be caused by a woocommerce setting. but i can not find any setting in the general product settings to cause this.

    I have deactivated all plugins, no change. used wp theme 2017, no change.
    “sold individually” is not checked.

    elementor asked me to send you the following screenshots, but as i can not add screenshots here is the text
    1

    == $0

    2
    Input[type=”hidden” ] {
    Display: none;
    -webkit-appearance: initial;
    Background-color: initial;
    Cursor: default;
    Padding: initial;
    Border: initial;

    i have tried out some functions i found in various threads, but nothing helped

    hope someone can help me!

    Hi @hotaista

    Thanks for bringing this under our radar!

    I took a look at the product you shared: https://housetextilearts.com/produkt/painters-baumwolltresse but it redirects to a 404 page: https://d.pr/i/oQK2ee

    I then took a look at another product you shared: https://housetextilearts.com/en/produkt/painters-snail – and I couldn’t find either the add to cart button or the quantity link, as you can see in the following screenshot: https://d.pr/i/6BLwht

    Now I tried replicating this in my test sites, but I was able to display both the quantity fields and the add to cart fields without issues. This indicates that there is something outside of WooCommerce that’s triggering these problems.

    Do you have any plugin that converts your site’s products to a catalog? Typically plugins like these might cause such problems. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply to this thread.

    We look forward to hearing back from you.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
