Quantity field not translating despite entries in .po

    Hi,

    My issue: this one word won’t translate. I have tracked down the element being used by quantity-input.php file in WooCommerce plugin. I have tracked the element down ( at least I believe it to be the right one..) in WooCommerce.pot and have added it to the woocommerce_nl_NL.po , converted to .mo and stored it… without result.
    Furthermore I have checked loco translate and saw all instances of quantity translated rightly to ‘ aantal’. in the WooCommerce po file there.
    The Say What plugin did not show any results either.

    I also checked if there were any’ old’. po files anywhere and didn’t find any. Also checked the dashboard for updated of the language templates and there were none.

    Please, does anybody have any other suggestions?

    @annatje84 does the translation you made in Loco Translate work if the ONLY plugin active is WooCommerce?

    Keep in mind that additional plugins (as well as your theme) can create additional copies of a string. Your site is pretty bare, but I’m not familiar if the third-party “Storefront Pro” plugin adds any strings.

    You certainly are able to translate that text using the Loco Translate plugin and nothing else.
