Quantity Field Doesn’t Display Correctly

Having some issues with all the products on website. The Quantity Field only displays the up/down arrow but the number area is not visible to show numerical valve selected.
This is a new website that has not been launched yet.
I intended on adding screen shots that I took of the issue.
The site is usingthe Russell by Automattic Theme.I would appreciate any assistance to resolving the issue.
