    Hi @indiastartup360 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I have gone to your site and am able to replicate the issue.

This could be caused by the theme you are currently using, please could you temporarily change your theme to the default Storefront theme and see if that makes any difference?

If there is no difference, please could you share a copy of your sites System Status, which you can find via?WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’.

Once you do this, you can paste your response here.

    Thanks!

    Hi @indiastartup360

It appears that Orchid theme is in use and the site is built with Elementor.

Apart from switching temporarily to Storefront, you may also want to check if the problem persists upon disabling Elementor as well, before going for a full conflict test.

If you don’t want to check this on your live production site, you can create a duplicate/staging site. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.

Let us know your findings and share the system status if the problem remains unresolved.

    Thanks

We haven’t heard back from you, so I’m marking this thread closed for now – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
