Hi @juli888 ,
Both the two issues you described were caused by the incompatibility of our plugin with your theme or another third party plugin. To be sure, our developer might need to check for the cause directly on your site.
For your case, please visit us via this page and create a ticket to contact our devs with a detailed description of your issue.
The Add to cart function is still normal on our test site, so it’s highly probable that something is missing from your site.
About your second question, that would be done with some customization, but the result will be dependent heavily on the theme you’re using. Our developer can help you do that but only if you’re a Premium user of our plugin. If you’re a Premium user, kindly provide your PayPal transaction ID and email used to purchase our plugin then order this customization service. They will verify then do it for you.
Since the change of appearance might be very risky when the plugin comes in conflict with the theme users are using, so we tried to keep our plugin as simple as possible to prevent possible issues. I’ll report your request to our developers, but the decision to whether change it or add this feature to the official features of our plugin lies in our developers’ hands. I can’t interfere with that.
Kindly contact our developer and describe your issue, they will give you specific instructions on what to do next.
Since this is not a report of inherent issue in our plugin, I’ll mark this thread as Resolved.
Best regards.
