    I hope someone can help me.

    I have a client that wants free shipping to be applied when there is 10+ products from a certain category in the cart.

    Example: if there is 1-9 products in the cart flat rate shipping is applied.
    If there is 10+ products, free shipping is applied in the checkout.

    Can this be done?
