Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? If you do, have you excluded the cart page from getting cached?

    Regards

I do have one installed and I believe it has excluded this page. I will ask that developer to check that I have it excluded properly.

My caching developer has examined my setup and the item page, cart and checkout aren’t cached. These are the excluded pages. The bug persists.

Hi, lets try something different. Disable all other plugins except ours. Then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    Thank you

I disabled all plugins and it did not fix the issue. My wordpress tech support assisted me and assured all the plugins were off and the caching was disabled. This is a screen shot that might help you see what is happening. https://cdn.livechat-static.com/api/file/lc/att/8801096/06b5ab6771c17980e599b0393d60b6aa/Developer%20Tools%20-%20Gold%20Touch%20Inc%20?%20Non%20Cyanide%20Gol.png

My site passes the PHP test described on that link. I can browse to another page and browse back to the page with the shopping cart and the cart is there with one item. It only gives an error if I change the quantity. Should I still pursue this with my hosting company?

Hi, can you carry out the following test. Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Nineteen. And also test this using different browsers if you hare more than one browser installed in your computer. Let me know what happens.

Can you also share another link with the cart so I can carry out a test on my end.

    Thank you

I tried with the 2019 theme and the plugin didn’t seem to do anything but refresh the page again.

My last order for multiple units was on February 24th so the version that was in use then worked okay then. My theme hasn’t been updated. Can I install the previous version?

Hi, I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your issue.

    Thank you

This is 100% a caching or a PHP session issue. This is not an issue with the plugin. So there is not much we can do from our end.

Try a different plugin and hopefully that one will work better with the current server caching that is happening on this site.

Do you mean hosting caching when you say server caching? It didn’t work when I disabled the caching plugin in my WP Administration.
