    Hi johnzhel,

    In the free version of this plugin, unfortunately not.

    Premium on the other hand has quantity based discounts and you can use a price or %, however it’s applied per product, not across categories.

    We have an outstanding feature request for quantity based discounts on categories and global, but as yet it hasn’t been implemented.
