Quantcast plugin don’t show options..

Hi, can anybody have idea for reason my plugin Quantcast don’t show options but only first two tabs? I read all faq and also video of installation show all tabs, after first two.
We work for a long time with the simple script, but there was a text “You need update…”, so we decide tu use the plug in a loto of people suggest but… it is not working…
(ps: we install and deinstall few time plug in, it is not a download problem)
