    Can we please have some kinds of quality control before you release any updates? There are too many issues such “oops you have an issues with connecting to our server, in fact there was none of any issues.”

    I just sent out our daily updates this morning and every email has been sent (as said by Mailpoet and confirmed by my personal email), but the status showed email is pending and to be sent out 2:14 pm. Not exactly install confidence in using the program.

However, we acknowledge that there are times when certain issues may unfortunately arise as individual setups are different.

    The issue you described, “Oops, you have an issue with connecting to our server,” can arise due to several reasons but often arises if you have a caching plugin installed.

    Can you share with us the name of your website linked to your MailPoet account so that we can check our logs to see which emails have been sent?
