• I have to admit that I didnt think my question would be answered unless I purchased a subscription but I was wrong. I got a great respsonse and a follow up after just opening an account with them. this is my unsolicited email I wrote after another member of their team contacted me to see if everything was ok.

    You guys have a very nice product and the attention you gave me; even though I dont have a paid account is awesome. I respect that and thank you guys immensely.
