Qualified Category Display

Hi. I am helping someone put together a site using wordpress where we have several static pages with categories related to the static pages. Basically wordpress is just being used as a CMS for small business ads. There are pages relating to the counties and categories for each county and product.

The goal is that when you click on a static page the category diplay is qualified by two categories, one the product and two the current county Page you are viewing. Eg. You click on the Harris County static Page. There will be a drop down menu with products, organic honey, blacksmith etc. When you see this list on the home page it will return everything in the “organic honey” category but when you see that same category list from the “harris county” Page the “organic honey” will only show the post listed in both categories.

I figured there was some way to add a custom tag to each static page and then modify the category widget to display only listings in category “harris” + “organic honey”.

I am sorry for the long post but I didn’t know how to describe it more succinctly.
