    Hello,
I have worked with the quad menu Pro Developers package for almost 3 years and what an amazing plugin, however I noticed recently this year, that the plugin is starting to give me major problems and headache. I am finding myself de-activating the plugin to resolve issues.

I cannot customize the plugin styles in the customizer anymore, I reverted to custom CSS to get the desired look I needed, this was something I could work around. A bit of a hassle but no biggy!. However now I am finding that the plugin when activated works on desktop, but mobile view completely disappears – see example of website I am busy building that is on a demo link. It’s just becoming a bit ridiculous and really need some type of support regarding this plugin. I am more than welcome to pay for support if their is an option. But I need this unlimited package to start working properly

website I am referring to: https://ddgroupsa.hummingbird.africa/

I just saw that their is a renewal on the support for the Pro Package. So I paid $60 for the Developers Support, then downloaded the NEW Version/replaced the old one with it…. thinking this could be the issue and will resolve all my problems in 1 second. BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!

    Problem still continues…..

I have the pro version myself, but the problem is Quad menu plugin, not the quad menu pro ??

    Hey @splet99 @nicolehummingbirdafrica

Yes, there are other reports about this error.

All of them are coming from websites using Divi theme. Error seems to be related to theme customizer,

Switching menu theme to “default theme” instead of “customizer” for Primary menu location should fix it.

But you’ll need to work on giving same style again, this time using QM options panel.

This could be a momentary solution until a fix is released.

    Hope it helps

thank you very much for the input. unfortunately the issue remains even if I switch to default theme ??

I can’t see that menu theme has been changed from here.

    Here it should say data_theme="default_theme"

    Hi there
I also have a Quadmenu problem – the hamburger menu only works when i am logged into WordPress. When I’m not logged in the hamburger icon is there but i can’t see the dropdown menu.
When i resize the page the dropdown becomes visible for an instant – this leads me to believe it is there but behind the page content.
I have the paid version of the Quadmenu plugin.
    Any thoughts?
