qTranslate-X and sitebar widgets

Please explain “English widgets only”. How do you specify a widget to be “English”? Do you mean same widget translated to English or two different widgets to be shown or hidden depending on language chosen? Screenshots, step-by-step-instructions to reproduce the problem may help.
