qtranslate plugin – Change images depending on language

Hello !
I would like your help in this problem:
I’ve installed qtranslate plugin (by the way excellent plugin!), I’ve created my theme and I’ve got some images that are not included in the content and I would like them to be changed depending on the current language in order to be displayed in the appropriate language.

For example when a user chooses to read an article in English, the images to be changed with English images.

I’m guessing that the plugin doesn’t create new pages (in order to change the images with the appropriate) just displays the appropriate content. Am I right?
