QTranslate Error Fix

    Hello Team,

    There was error in your plugin with QTransalte X Plugin as the method was removed. So on saving post and checking the option “Send notification on post update” was giving 500 error.

    There was error in onesignal-admin.php on line 705, 706. It was using qtrans_use function which was I think removed from plugin. So replaced that with qtranxf_use.

    Which solved the issue. Please incorporate this change in next release.
