QSM results not displayed

  • Hi,

    I am using the Sydney theme with the QSM-Plugin (Quiz and Survey Master) and noticed I can not display the results for my quiz and instead return a blank page.

    For troubleshooting I followed this guide:

    And noticed the problem was indeed directly linked to the activation of the Sydney theme.

    Specifically, on the results page “display: none” is added to the HTML body tag automatically.

    Is there any workaround for this?

  • Hi Frank,

    Upon checking, looks likely you are using older version of Sydney.

    I am wondering whether the latest version of Sydney may resolve that trouble. Could you try updating and running your test with it?

    I just updated to Version: 2.20 of Sydney and then went through the troubleshooting process again. Sadly, the issue remains..

    I’ve found the preloader to be causing the issue on my site. Turning it off resolves it. Not ideal but it will work for now.
