    QSM isn’t sending emails for me after I updated WordPress and QSM to the latest versions. Earlier it was working well.

    I’m using WP Mail SMTP and the test emails are delivered successfully. But QSM isn’t able to send emails.

    I used both SendGrid and Send in Blue. Didn’t work with both.

    Hope someone will support.

    The problem is the documentation doesn’t provide details of making this work with SendGrid, Send in Blue etc.

    Or is it that QSM now supports only the host’s SMTP server and not other mailers like Sendinblue? It had worked in my case with SendGrid before the update.

    Checking the debug events option in WP Mail SMTP showed no email requests by QSM when submitting a quiz.

    It didn’t work for me. Also WP Mail SMTP debugging didn’t record any email request from the plugin when submitting the quiz.

    Hope we’ll have a solution.

    I figured it out finally.

    Save responses need to be turned on in the quiz options to get the responses emailed.

    Earlier it wasn’t so. I kept it turned off as I didn’t want the database to be filled with responses, and still I received emails.

    So I think this is a bug in the recent version rather than an intended behaviour. Hope it will be fixed soon.

    Sorry for the late reply in the latest version of QSM it is required to enable the “save responses” for storing the response. let me know if you need more help.

    Recently we have made changes in our code structure to improve performance. So due to this change emails can not be sent without saving responses. For this issue, we are going to add an option to enable/disable email sending independently in our future releases.

    Hi, where is the “save response” function please? I used to get emails but all the emails stopped all of a sudden after update.

    I had a look around but cannot see the “save response” option anywhere.

    Qsm is up to date.

    You can find these options under the quiz options tab. Please navigate to quiz > option tab > Quiz submission > Submit Actions.

    Just activate the “Send email notifications” and then check.
