• Hello,

I’m sorry, I don’t understand the process to make to be logged and verify if the ticket is already used.
When I scan the ticket, it says verified ticket but when I scan it again, it doesn’t says that the ticket has been already used.
I read your documentation but I didn’t understand how to do or what to do.
What did I miss ? I cheked in the settings but I don’t see where I must tick any box…

    Hello

I tryied again today and I don’t know why and how, it worked.
The verification says that the ticket had been used already…
Maybe I have to close the qr’s app and open it again to succed..? Or maybe it takes a few time to actualize ?
    Really I don’t understand…

You have to be logged in using the browser that the QR code scanner is using to access your website. That can be a tricky point, sometimes. Some QR code scanners use internal browsers that you can’t log into; others allow you to choose what browser you want to use.

It will also depend on what account you’re logged into.

Changing this so that checking the status of the QR Code *always* creates a log entry is something I’ve considered doing. I’m not sure that there’s a significant benefit to requiring a logged-in user to record that information.

What I don’t understand is that I tryied to verify the ticket few hours later and it shown me that it had been used but I used the same qr’s app and didn’t change nothing in the configuration.

Furthermore, I just tryied with an other ticket and I have the same problem. It doesn’t show that it had been used. I scan the 2 tickets with the same app, for one of them I have the message “had been used” and for the other I only get “verified”. Why does it do that ?

Sorry for the last message sent multiple times…

I don’t understand what you mean by being log in. I must be log in on what ? The qr’s app use chrome. Even if I’m log in on the website as an admin using chrome and then open the qr’s app, nothing happens.
I don’t understand why it worked with one ticket (even if it worked few hours later) and not with the others…

Yoohoooo ! I finaly found and understood !! By using “flashcode” app (scan.me doesn’t work on my phone)

Really, you did a really wonderful plugin !! Thank you !

I would have a last question, I added a custom field for gdpr agreement by using the code you gave here https://github.com/joedolson/plugin-extensions/blob/master/my-tickets/my-ticket-custom-cart-fields.php
The checkbox appears above the text label. I would like the text appears beside the checkbox. Which code could I add in the mt-cart CSS ? I think it should be something like .xxxx { display : XXX ; margin-right : 3px ; } I tryied something but it was unsuccessful…

Yes, the specific scanner makes a big difference.

Most likely, the problem with the label on the checkbox is coming from your theme; without knowing what your theme is doing, it’s hard for me to know for sure. I’d guess, however, something like .xxxx { display: inline; }, and then manipulate the margins and padding if needed.
