    Screenshot or wordpress admin access or video or detailed explanation

    Also try to do these steps:

    1. Clear cach in plugin settings
    2. Check folder rights for your wordpress – if you dont know how then ask to check folder/files rights – yout hosting provider. Because usually files and folders cant be created due some issues with rights or with any other protections
