    Hello,

    On etickets, Is there any way to have the email to the ticket customer include a GIF/BMP of the QR Code?

    I see the links, which is great, but I think: what if the site tanks the night of the event, and none of the guests with that email link can access the site?

    We’re already going to have offline verification to avoid our need to use the site in realtime, and are worried about the clients needing to access the site too.

    At the moment there’s no way to do that, but it’s a good idea. Thanks for the suggestion.

    I think it would be a good enhancement.

    The way we are getting past it for now is we’re forcing printed tickets only, and making sure the email reminds people to print before they go – That should stop a DoS type problem on the website when everyone shows up.

    We will then scan via offline CSV with real barcode scanners, not phones.
