• This eTicket Plug In has been working properly for the most part, customer’s hit buy now, pay via paypal, and receive an email WITH a QR Code. However, some customers receive the email with NO QR Code included. Sometimes when I go to Orders and hit RESEND, it will resend WITH QR code the second time. But not always. Why is this? I have researched “Change automatic download feature to html” but wanted to see if anyone had any other recommendations. Thanks!

  • Is there a correlation with the email provider for customers that have not received aa QR code? Is this only happening with one email provider?

    Any additional information you can provide will help us troubleshoot further.

    Hotmail and Yahoo appear to be the only two to give us trouble. With Yahoo, I was able to “resend” and the QR code was included in that second email. For some, the QR code was still not included. I was able to get a gmail account from the client and resend to that email, which included QR code. With the Hotmail incident, the customer didn’t receive an email, it also didn’t even populate under Orders as a transaction. But the client was charged. I was able to refund and have the customer sign up with a gmail account.
