QR Code & Log in Details not recognised

I have been desperately trying to log into woomanager for weeks and I can’t get in; my log in details are not recognised and my QR rejected. I’ve tried manual and installing updates and also deleting and deactivating unnecessary plug ins but no luck, please help.
