Qoate Newsletter Plugin error message

I get the following error messages when I tried to sign up to my newsletter using the plugin checkbox on my wordpress registration page:

Warning: Expiry date cannot have a year greater then 9999 in /home/healings/public_html/journal/wp-content/plugins/qoate-newsletter-sign-up/qoate-newsletter-signup.php on line 134
