    Hello!
    Thanks for the plugin, it’s great and very useful.
    I have the following problem.
    The add-on to the Q&A plugin on the product page is visible and opens when pressed the button ask question, but when a customer tries to send a question after pressing the button, the page only loads without anything happening, ie without sending his question. I don’t know if the problem is with me or the plugin or is connected to another application in my site. The settings for comments in Word Press is activated.
    *Now the Q&A in my store are turned off, because don’t work

    I apologize for the late reply, but I did not receive an email saying there was a response to the topic.
    I have included Questions and Answers for the products, but I have made a translation and everything is in Bulgarian. You can test on any product to find out where the problem is.

    It looks like there is a conflicting plugin that breaks the JS functions of CusRev when submitting a question/answer. Please try to follow this solution to troubleshoot the issue

    Hello!
    Thank you very much for your guidance and help.
    It turned out that one of the plugins for online payments prevents your addon Q&A to working properly. The plugin wich make conflict is PaySera. I tried to update and PaySera plugin, but then nothing worked, even the new version of their plugin crashed terribly my site and I had to rollback the old.
    PaySera now is turned off, as we have many alternative payment methods. But, I still want to know what exactly in this plugin interferes with yours, it have very good payment solutions. (I use version 3.1.9 of PaySera)

    By turning everyone on and off, I found out it was it, but what can I do to correct the mistake and to make turned on PaySera and Q&A?

    Fixing the conflict with a third party is beyond our scope of support. I recommend contacting PaySera support to ask for help with this case.

    Thank you for your help, I will turn to PaySera for help because of the conflict of their plugin with yours.
