Q re Subscription Transfer

    I am using the free version of Prevent Direct Access, and started to upgrade to the paid version when I saw this in the T&C:

    You may not transfer your Subscription to another individual or organization without the express consent of BWPS.

    I an a volunteer for a non-profit organization. I run their website. At some time in the future, I will hand this responsibility off to someone else–another volunteer. Does the clause above prohibit this?

    Hi wpjrt57,

    We recommend that you use the organization’s email to register, it will save you unnecessary trouble when using our plugin.

    When you use the organization’s email, even if you hand responsibility off and someone take it, you just need simply hand over the organization’s email and you also don’t have to contact us to transfer the Subscription.

    This rule is mainly to help customers who have the same situation as you case. E.g: they no longer work on the organization and organization will miss our support emails ( Renewal email, support email…..).

    Thanks for the response.

    I just purchased and downloaded the plugin, and I’m starting to work with it, but I didn’t get a chance to enter my organizational email address. I’m thinking that’s because I used my personal email address when I downloaded the free version. Am I right?

    Anyway, I hope this is not going to cause problems in the future when a new Webmaster takes over from me. Any advice?
