Q and A feature in WordPress

    In WordPress, if I had a theme like

    I can have subpages.

    In one subpage I would like to have a feature for visitors to ask questions and I can answer them. For example if my blog is on the medical field, visitors can ask questions regarding medical things.

    I don’t need to have the users log in. Just like Comments on the posts.

    Is there a plugin or widget available for this?

    What is an other easy way to do this? I need a simple solution as I don’t have much knowledge of HTML and such,
