Pyrmont v2 – displays no tags yet nowhere to add tags!

Third query relating to Pyrmont v2. When created pages are displayed, they all show
Category: Subject title/ Tags: no tag / Add Comment
“No Tags” and yet when I am creating pages there is nowhere I can create tags. Does anyone know why ?
