PWA cannot be installed on phones

My site uses SuperPWA and recently the site went down. Now that the site is back up and currently working, I’ve been trying to install the app to two different phones. They show the chrome icon pop up for a split second saying “adding pcor9…” (does nothing after that) and then it asks if I want to install it on my home screen. Originally it would install like a normal app, now, it doesn’t.

Everything has been updated to the latest versions. We are trying to install the site as an app on two androids running chrome (latest versions for both chrome and android). The tablet does install the PWA, but the phones do not (both S9’s, Samsung).
