    Please, see the prt sc. When the sender email is sent to the recipient it has arrived in Portuguese instead of English. Can you advise me how can I fix it.

    The gift card email will be sent in your store’s default currency, regardless of the language that was active when it was purchased.

    There are a few plugins that record the language on the Order itself, such as Aelia Currency Switcher and WPML. Most likely the plugin that you use to allow customers to select a different language isn’t supported and therefore the email will be the default language found under Settings -> General -> Site Language.
