    I use WP multisite and using customized theme. So not using default wp-signup.php for register.

    Apologies for the delay in responding to your issue. The Solve Media plug-in supports placement on the default registration, comments, and Contact Form 7 forms. Placement on non-default forms requires a custom implementation.
