Puzzeling problem witih user_meta

  • I’m having an issue with Word press users. I have a Gravity form on the site
    that gathering lots of information about the user that is being stored
    in user_meta. (Using Gravity forms User Registration Add-On v2.0) This all works just fine and I used to be able to go into the users in the admin area and see all the meta data for that user in addition to the usual wordpress user info. However something has happened to and I cannot find the problem. I
    need help finding out why I can no longer see user meta data.

    Anyone ever experience this before?

  • If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    I understand and that is the first place I went. After looking into my problem they sent me here. LOL. I have since hired someone to find the problem as this kind of stuff takes too much time. Especially when it was once working just fine.
