Putting text blocks over the top of Images

Hi,

I am trying to put a text block over the top of an image, so that the text appears on top of the image.. I am using Avada/Fusion builder but was wondering if there was an easy solution to do this. Or like a plugin that made this possible – I feel like there’s probably an easy fix for this.
