putting blog posts by other contributors onto the site with correct author

Hi. I’m setting up a new website for a local society and it will feature a blog. I’m encouraging others to contribute to the blog and am trying to make it easy for them. So we’re starting by them emailing me the text and me putting it onto the site. But how can I do this saying it’s by them and not me? At the moment, it give me as the author – how can I change this?
