Put permissions on the page, please

Hey, there. Great plugin. Thanks.

It’s been a long time since I hacked a Unix/Linux system, though.
Help me out! I know that the permissions are 1, 2, and 4, and they
stand for Read, Write, and View. And I know the 3 positions stand
for User, <something>, and All. But for the life of me I don’t recall
which is which!

I’ll go do a search to refresh my memory, but it would be nice to have
a table on the suggested/actual permissions page, so I could instantly
decode “755”, and the like.
