put only 4 icons on a row

I added 9 icons to my footer… It currently shows up as 6 icons and 3 on the next row… I want to be able to break it out to only put 3 icons on each row and have 3 rows of icons. Is there a way to do this? Size of the icons are 36 and i do not want to change the size…
