put menu on top of the page

do you know how I can delete the area in red color (Search, all categories etc). and add at the top of the page the menu ?

It looks like you have used free or paid theme for your site. Can you share website link so i can check for it ?
You can also check in theme option if different header option available to change menu position or you have to change it directly from theme header file.
