Put button in sidebar?

Hi,

I want to use this plugin, but… the site I’ll be using it on won’t have posts user interraction.

So, I just want to put the button in the sidebar, just under the navigation menu, so it displays on every page in this position.

Can I do this with this plugin, and if so… how?
