put all links up under headerpicture in blog?

  • hello
    on https://www.top-10-list.com i now have defaulttheme from WP1.5.
    everything is ok now except i want everyside in the sidebar, links and categorys up under or on top of the big picture/header…
    is there a theme that nicely does this or is there a hack/plugin?
