Put a nofollow in the output link

I have a question : Is it possible to modify the php files in order to put a nofollow in the ouput link when you click on the search button ?

In my example, it is this link : https://www.skyscanner.net/g/widget-server/v1.0/fr-FR/any/any/widgets/SearchWidget/refer?associateId=15515&referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pigeonmalin.fr%2Forganiser-son-voyage%2F

As you can see, there isn’t rel=”nofollow”, even though it is recommended in the google webmaster guidelines. Which part of which php file should be modified to put this link in nofollow ?
