• Hello-

I recently installed Gravity Forms Highrise Add-on and for some reason I can’t get the Custom Fields to push to Highrise. The default parameters seem to post fine (name, company, address etc.)

I’ve went into my Highrise Custom Fields and added a parameter for “sGender”. Then I went to my gravity forms, selected one line text, clicked it’s advanced options and checked “Allow field to be populated dynamically”. Then I added my parameter name “sGender” and saved.

Any idea why my custom field sGender isn’t being pushed to Highrise with the other data?

    Thanks in advance!

    UPDATE:

It appears the custom fields need to be created within highrise before adding them to Gravity Forms in order for them to push to Highrise properly.
