Push-up Element not Sticky

Hello. I was successful in getting the elements to stick without using the push-up element option and with leaving the space between the top of the page and the sticky element blank. But when I add space where I would like my menu to start, it stays in that position and doesn’t stick at the top. When I add the Push-up element, it pushes the element up but then it doesn’t stick at the top. It disappears. How can I get my menu to start at the bottom of the rev slider then stick at the top of the page?
