Push page down not working

  • Hi,

    I have set the DW promobar to push down the page but it doesn’t work.

    Allow to Close PromoBar ? Yes
    Remain at top of page? Yes
    Push page down? Yes

    It hide the logo…

    Somebody has a solution ?
