Push Notification Pages
-
So I did find these articles:
https://support.wpmobile.app/article/222-app-theme-widget-push-notifications-history?lang=en
https://support.wpmobile.app/article/227-app-theme-widget-push-notifications-settings?lang=en
But not sure I have the answer I need so sorry I have to post it here.
- Must a user be logged in for the counter, history, and settings to work? Therefore must they have an account on WordPress? It does appear maybe this is the case…
- The native Counter and settings buttons seem to always link to my 404 page not the page I created specifically for them.
What I mean is the icon in the tool bar when tapped shows the page title to my 404 page in the bar not the one I created with the shortcode. Same for the native manage settings button in the menu. Is there a way to ensure those are directed to the custom pages that contain the shortcodes? I like the native icon/button placements I think they are using the “/?wpapp_shortcode=wpapp_push” natively and maybe that is just being picked up as a 404 for some reason?
These things could be the last pieces to my puzzle ??
